Open-source e-commerce,
built by the community.

O3-Shop is a community-driven B2B/B2C platform for the German-speaking market — built by people who have shaped this ecosystem for over 20 years.

For Developers & Agencies

A real opportunity —
for everyone who builds.

Our goal is to run O3-Shop as a community project and provide agencies and developers with a stable, capable development platform.

We welcome any contribution to development and any input on the roadmap.

Improvements come directly from the community. So if you want to fix bugs or add improvements, open a pull request. After review, your PR will ship in a new version of O3-Shop.

O3-Shop has the chance to become a leading open-source platform again — built and supported exclusively by the community, focused on the needs of community and agencies. That's one of the reasons we started this project and share it with the world.

20+ Years of Experience

200,000+ merchants brought online.
That experience now flows into O3-Shop.

The team behind O3-Shop brings deep experience in building e-commerce software for the German-speaking market. With the original founder of OXID eSales and the founder of xt:Commerce on the team, we have helped over 200,000 merchants go online over the past 20 years. All of that experience is now flowing into the development of O3-Shop.

Let's bring open-source e-commerce in Germany back to the top.

For Merchants

Everything you need.
No hidden costs.

O3-Shop's goal is to cover all current merchant requirements in an open-source solution — and to provide a stable, capable B2C and B2B platform with no hidden costs or forced fees.

O3-Shop is developed by the community and supported by a consortium of partners and e-commerce experts to ensure code quality and stability.

As a fork of the OXID Community Edition 6.4.3, our LTS version offers a relatively straightforward upgrade path for existing CE installations to O3-Shop.
